Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions for 9% per annum interest bearing account based on average daily balance:

• Maximum balance eligible is $500,000
• You Must be Elite
• Your average daily balance must be greater than $1000 (balance snap shot taken once per day)
• You may not have any payouts during the calendar month
• You must earn the VIP points needed to maintain your Elite status during the calendar month
• Interest credits to your cash account will be given within the first 7 days after the closing of the previous calendar month
• All issues not covered in the terms and conditions will be decided on by Absolute poker, and all resolutions will be final
• Absolute poker reserves the right to withdraw this program at any time, with 10 days notice
• You may not have any payouts or transfers during the calendar month

General

Your participation in Absolute's VIP Program shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Absolute Poker's VIP Program membership and benefits are provided at the sole discretion of Absolute Poker.

2. Absolute Poker reserves the right to terminate or amend VIP Program membership and benefits at its sole discretion and at any time.

3. Participation in the VIP Program is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the program. Absolute Poker reserves the right to modify, add or delete these program rules at any time with or without notice, though Absolute Poker will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review these general Terms and Conditions and the other VIP pages on a regular basis in order to determine if Absolute Poker has amended the provision.

4. VIP player's membership will be automatically canceled if a charge back was made under the specific Absolute Poker account.

5. Absolute Poker reserves the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which Absolute Poker, in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, Absolute Poker reserves the right to revoke the VIP player Program membership of such end user(s).

6. Absolute Poker retains the sole right to interpret and apply the VIP Program rules.

7. Membership in Absolute Poker's VIP Program is free and available to individuals residing in countries where such membership is allowed. Participation in some countries may be prohibited by local law.

8. Only individuals are eligible for membership in the VIP Program. Only the individual named in the Absolute Poker account may play under that account.

9. Membership is offered at the discretion of Absolute Poker. Absolute Poker may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review.

10. Any abuse of the program or failure to follow program rules may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued VIP Status Points.

11. Absolute Poker's general Terms of Service also apply to the VIP Program.

12. Decisions of Absolute Poker's staff and management about any aspect of the VIP Program will be final.
