Multi Table Poker

1. See the Tournament Lobby for all online poker tournament schedules and start times.

2. Upon entering the table, you will be randomly assigned to a seat and will not be allowed to change your seat.

3. If more than one player is eliminated during the same hand, the player who started the hand with the most chips will be placed higher. If the players started the hand with an equal amount of chips, they will tie for the position. In the situation where two or more players tie for a position, the prizes will be equally distributed amongst them. For example, if two players tie for 4th place, each player will receive 50% of the 2nd place prize and 50% of the 3rd place prize.

4. When two players remain, the button will post the small blind, and act first on the opening round.

5. Disconnects.

By participating in an online poker strategy tournament, a player accepts the risk of Internet disconnection due to problems with the connection between their computer and the servers, lag or freeze, or other problems in the player's computer. Absolute Poker does not accept any responsibility for a player disconnect except in the case of a server crash.

If a player times out during a hand, whether connected or disconnected, the hand will be folded.

If a player is not connected before a hand starts, he or she will be dealt cards, a blind or an ante will be posted, and then a hand will be folded automatically.

6. A bet and three raises are permitted in structured limit tournaments. There is no raise cap in pot-limit and no-limit tournaments.

7. Each player will be allocated a time bank which allows the player extra time to make a decision. The time bank depletes as it is used throughout the online poker tournament. If a player elects to use his or her time bank, other players at the table will be notified.

8. As players are eliminated from the online poker tournament, the software may balance tables to ensure all tables have an equal number (or as close as possible) of active players. The balancing of tables is done randomly and, although rare, may result in a player having to post several big blinds in a row. When nine players remain in a Texas Holdem or Omaha poker tournament ,or eight players remain in a Seven Card Stud tournament, all players are brought together at the "final table".

9. Prizes will be awarded as stated in the Tournament Lobby.

10. In the event of a server crash, the hands in progress at every table will be restored by rolling back these hands. Each player's chip count will be reset to the amount at the beginning of the hand. In special circumstances, when it is impossible to restart a tournament after the crash, it will be cancelled and the unclaimed portion of the prize pool will be equally divided among all remaining players.

11. Observers are welcome and are expected to use the chat responsibly.

12. No discussion of a hand is allowed during that hand.

13. No soft playing should occur. No exceptions.

14. Once one player has won all the chips, the online poker tournament will officially end.

15. Un-registration. A player can un-register up to 10 minutes before the start of an online poker strategy tournament. Players who have won their seats through a satellite can not un-register.

16. In case of disputes, Absolute Poker management decision will be final.
