1. If I register on AbsolutePoker.Net can I log in to AbsolutePoker.Com?
If you created your account in AbsolutePoker.Net and you are trying to access your account in AbsolutePoker.Com or the other way around you will get an Error message. In this case, you must make sure that you have the correct application on your computer for the account information you want to use.
2. Is my password case sensitive?
The password is case sensitive. If you created your password using upper case letters and you are entering it using lower case letters or the other way around, it is not going to work.
3. What is my Username?
Your Username is the email address you used when you created the account. Please make sure that this is the information you are entering.
4. What other options can I try to login?
Try to log in from a table. Before you enter your log in information, choose a table and try to take a seat. At this point, you will be prompted to log in, please do so at this point.
5. What if I am not sure of my password?
Make sure you have the correct password. If you are unsure, click on the "Forgot Password" button at the login screen. This will create a new password, which will be sent to your registered email address. Since this option requests the input of the registered city, you will need to remember this information.

7. What is the validation code use for?
Email validation is used to verify a player's email address before they are permitted to access our software. In an effort to reduce the risk of fraudulent behavior, all players must validate their email address. If you do not contact us from the email address with which you registered your account we will not be able to complete the account validation process.
8. Why is it important to have an answer for the security question in my profile?
All new players will be required to submit an answer to a security question of their choice when they register with Absolute Poker. All players that have existing accounts can update their profiles by launching the poker software, clicking on "My Account" and then on "Update Profile". A new window will appear where you will need to click on "Change Password". You will then have the option to select your security question and answer.
Remember to keep this information secure and do not share it with anyone else. This security question will function like a password and will be required to update your personal information or obtain any information about your account status and balance.
9. How do I change my password?
Once you are able to log in, you may change the password to a personal one by going to "My Account" and clicking on "Update Profile", and then click on the Change Password link. Note that passwords should contain from 6 to 12 alphanumerical characters and are case sensitive.
