Absolute Poker employees, consultants, or anyone else who has access to inside information (for example, complete hand histories, playing histories, money transaction histories, and similar) are not allowed to play in real money games or tournaments. This is to prevent any potential abuse of inside information at the tables.
2.At Absolute Poker, we do not allow players to change their usernames. This is done for several main reasons.
The primary reason is for security purposes. If we allowed players to change their usernames, or nicknames as we call them, then other players would have no idea who they were playing with. The nickname is the main way players learn to identify one another. In a brick and mortar setting changing your identity is impossible, therefore we feel that allowing players to change their identity should also not be possible. It is one of the many policies that we have implemented to protect you as a player and to maintain a high level of integrity and security at Absolute Poker.
3.We have designed special Hot Key Buttons that allow you to play using your keyboard. These keys allow you to call, fold, check and raise with the push of a button. To activate this feature select Options from the main menu bar in the poker room, then click on the Hot key box. The buttons are as follows:

Lost your password? It's a fairly common problem to have, so don't worry! First of all, please remember that that the password is case sensitive.
If you are having trouble remembering your password, you may request it from the login window by clicking on the "Forgot Password" button and it will be emailed to the email address that you have registered with at Absolute Poker. You may also request to have your password sent to you from the main lobby, by going to the "My Account" menu and selecting "Forgot Password". You will be asked to enter you email address and the city that you have in your User Profile. Your password will then be immediately emailed to you.
5.If you have a lot of player notes and use different computers or notebooks to play at Absolute Poker we will ask if we can import all your 'player notes' information. We will then give you complete access from any computer in the future. However, we can import player notes from only ONE computer, so this upgrade needs to be run on the computer you use for the majority of your online poker play.
