1. Can I make a real money transfer to another player at Absolute Poker?

Yes, you can! If your current available real money balance is at least $25.00, you can transfer a minimum of $10.00 to another player. To complete a real money transfer go to "My Account" drop down menu in the main lobby, select "Cashier" and click on the "Account Transfer" option. To complete the transfer you will need to provide the nickname of the recipient. The following restrictions apply:

• Minimum $10 transfer
• Maximum $2,500 per week
• Must keep min. $25 in account after transfer is complete
• Transfers are not deposits
• Upon their first deposit, players that have previously received a transfer will still be eligible for the first time deposit bonus

Transfer requests will be reviewed and completed within 1 hour. If you have any questions or wish to transfer more than the maximum, please email security@absolutepoker.com.

2. How Can I Deposit at AbsolutePoker?

There are many methods with which you can make a deposit with Absolute Poker and play real money poker! We recommend that US customers deposit with Visa and MasterCard. For non-US customers, we also offer Click2Pay, ClickandBuy, Moneybookers, UK Debit Cards, paysafecard, NETeller, Ukash, Bank Wire, and several others. 3. What is the cost to withdraw?

The withdrawal fees vary per method. The fee for regular check processing is $8. You may opt to have your check processed and sent via express courier for a flat fee of $25. Fees will be deducted from your poker account balance, not from your withdrawal amount. To see all the fees per method, log into the cashier and select the Help tab, then "payout limits and fees".

4. How do I certify my account?

If you're making a deposit,withdrawal or transfer request equal to or greater than $3,000 USD, or if you reach a cumulative total of $3,000 in transactions, you will be required to submit documents to verify your account:

We are kindly asking you to certify your Absolute Poker account by sending the following documents:

i.
1. A scanned image of the front side of your driver's license or Government issued ID
ii.
2. A scanned image of a recent utility bill to confirm your billing address
iii.
3. A scanned image of the front/back of your Credit Card and top portion of the statement that shows your name and address (if applicable)

For security reasons, please remove the CV2 Code Number from the copy of the back of your credit card. We do not need such sensitive information. We only need to confirm your personal and financial information to certify your Absolute Poker account.

Please remember to include your name, player's nickname, or the email address registered in your Absolute Poker user profile.

In some cases, we may require additional information from you before your high-dollar cash out can be processed.

Certification must be in the form of valid photo identification (with address matching your account registration) a copy of the front and back of the credit card used on your account and a recent statement (listing your current address). Identification can be faxed to 1.305.946.0201 or scanned and emailed to payments@absolutepoker.com. For faster processing, please remember to include your AP username.
