Transferring funds to another account is now easier than ever thanks to two simple, safe and secure methods:

From the game client:

• 1.Select 'My Account' from the menu at the top of the page, and then select 'Cashier'
• 2.From here, select 'Transfers'
• 3.You will then be asked to provide the following details:
• Nickname of player that funds are to be transferred to
• First name of player that funds are to be transferred to
• Amount to be transferred
• 4.Finally, click 'Confirm' and the transfer will be initiated

From the Cashier:

• 1.Select 'Account Info' from the menu at the top of the page, and then select 'Account Transfers'
• 2.You will then need to provide the following details:
• Nickname of player that funds are to be transferred to
• First name of player that funds are to be transferred to
• Amount to be transferred
• 3.Finally, click 'Confirm' and the transfer will be initiated

Before making a transfer request, please note that:

• Prior to processing, all transfers are reviewed by our security department. Therefore, they will not occur instantly. All transfers are final and we will only reverse fund transfers if approved by the recipient.
• Transfers can only be processed in USD.
• The minimum transfer is $10.00 and customers must leave a minimum of $25.00 in their account after the transfer is made. The maximum amount than can be transferred per week is $50,000.
