Freeroll Poker Tournaments

If you're new to the game or just looking to try your hand at tournament poker play without risking your hard-earned dollars, Absolute Poker's FreeRolls give you the chance to win real money or prizes without a buy-in. We frequently add new FreeRoll events to our schedule, so check the lobby for online poker tournament updates!

Sit & Go Poker Tournaments

In addition to our scheduled online poker tournaments, Absolute Poker offers Sit & Go tournaments that begin once enough players have enrolled to fill the number of seats offered.  We offer single-table and multi-table Sit & Go events for Texas Holdem, Omaha, and 7-card stud players.  As the poker tournament play progresses, tables are broken and players are re-assigned to other tables to make sure each table is full and the action moves evenly.

Guaranteed Poker Tournaments

Our guaranteed poker tournaments ensure that there's money for winners, even if the pot isn't completely funded by buy-ins.  We offer guaranteed tournament poker events every day, with pots starting at $1,000 and going up from there. Take a look at the Guaranteed tab in the Poker Tournaments section of the Absolute Poker software's lobby for a list of events that you can sign up for today!

Weekend Guaranteed Poker Tournament Events

In addition to our daily events, each weekend sees Absolute Poker hosting a pair of guaranteed poker tournaments that give our players their shot at a piece of over $200,000.

The first event is a $150,000 guaranteed poker tournament that occurs every Saturday at 16:30 ET.  The buy-in for the Saturday event is $500+5 and all players start with 5,000 in chips.  If you come finish on top in this poker tournament, you're guaranteed to walk away with at least $34,500 and this number could grow based on the number of entries.

The second weekend guaranteed poker tournament worth looking out for is our $75,000 event, which happens every Sunday at 20:00 ET.  This poker tournament has a buy-in of $150+12 with each player receiving 5,000 in chips at the beginning of the event.  A guaranteed $12,500 goes to the first-place winner of this tournament and, just like our Saturday event, that amount could go up based on the number of players entered into the tournament.

Heads-Up Poker Tournaments

In heads-up poker tournaments, players face individual opponents in a series of matches.  Absolute Poker offers heads-up poker tournaments as Sit & Go events or scheduled multi-table tourneys. The winner of each individual match advances to the next round of the heads-up poker tournament that starts once all the matches in the previous round are completed. Players in the second round are randomly matched against other players, and the tournament continues with further rounds of heads-up matches until only a single player remains.
