"Get a handle on FAME. Massive rewards shouldn't be complicated. We've made the best loyalty program in the business simple to understand."
Once you've earned enough STATUS Points in a given month to qualify for FAME Status, you will automatically start receiving all the corresponding benefits for your Status level. To continue to qualify for a particular Status level, simply earn the minimum number of required STATUS Points each month.
For example:
If you earn 500 STATUS Points from November 1-17, you qualify to be a GOLD.
Your GOLD Status will last until December 31.
To continue to qualify for GOLD status in January, you must earn at least 500 STATUS Points in the month of December.
Exception: If you reach the DIAMOND ELITE FAME level, you will have a three-month period to retain your Status level.
STATUS Points are the number of points you earn in any month and are based on the "How to Earn STATUS Points" calculation tables. The amount of STATUS Points you earn will determine your FAME Status Level.
You will earn STATUS Points every time you participate in a Real Money Game including Blackjack.
You cannot redeem your STATUS Points. Rather, STATUS Points simply determine the particular Tier Status you qualify for. Each Tier Status offers a host of great benefits
Your STATUS Points will be reset to zero at the beginning of every month and the number of STATUS Points you earn in that month will determine whether you move up, down or stay at the same Level.
Your AbsolutePoints balance stays the same unless you redeem it.
You will earn AbsolutePoints based on the multiplier associated with your Status Level. You can redeem your AbsolutePoints for merchandise, experiences, tickets, tournaments and cash. The higher your Status Level, the faster you'll earn AbsolutePoints.
For example: if a BRONZE earns 10 AbsolutePoints, then a SILVER with a Point Multiplier of 2 will earn 20 (2 x 10) AbsolutePoints for the same action.
At the launch of our new program, you will be placed into the new FAME program based on your standing in our AP VIP program. You must meet the minimum tier requirements to maintain your FAME STATUS LEVEL.
VIP --> GOLD
PLATINUM --> PLATINUM VIP
ELITE --> DIAMOND ELITE
Your Launch Status will last for one month after which time it will be subject to review. You will then be awarded a FAME Status Level based on your activity.
Diamond Elite players will receive an intial review after a month but will then be reviewed every three months as per tier rules.
To maintain your new Status level, simply earn the minimum number of required STATUS Points for your desired tier each month.
There are no membership Fees.
You will automatically be enrolled in FAME when you register and open an Absolute Poker Account.
You can only use your own STATUS Points within the FAME program. To earn FAME STATUS points, your player account must be active. Remember, the only purpose of STATUS points is to determine your tier within the FAME program.
AbsolutePoints DO NOT expire as long as you have an active account.
Your account will be considered active if you have generated revenue within the past 360 days.
After six months of inactivity, you will receive an email and a warning in the lobby indicating that your AbsolutePoints will soon expire, if you do not resume playing on our site.
After 12 months of inactivity (365 Days), your entire AbsolutePoints balance will be debited or canceled.
If you return to our site after your account is canceled, you will have to accumulate AbsolutePoints from scratch.
The Absolute Poker lobby will display all available current AbsolutePoints tournaments.
You can redeem your AbsolutePoints to enter these games. Instead of purchasing your entry with cash, you will be purchasing your entry using your AbsolutePoints.
Once you redeem your AbsolutePoints for a Tournament Entry Fee, The AbsolutePoints will be debited from your account balance.
You may not use AbsolutePoints to buy entry into a tournament that you have already bought in to.
If you buy into a tournament with STATUS Points and then win a seat to the same tournament, we will credit your tournament dollars back.
You can redeem AbsolutePoints for set cash limits every month.
You can only redeem for cash, if you have the available AbsolutePoints and are within a specific tier.
Cash for AbsolutePoints is available only to the top three tiers and is controlled by a Minimum and Maximum total amount for each tier.
You can redeem for cash at any time, as long as you are within a particular Status level and convert the minimum amount without exceeding the monthly maximum.
Upon redemption, cash will be credited to your account and made available for real money games, transfer, or withdrawal.
Top Tier Players are entitled to a Discount on Merchandise at the Absolute Rewards Store. There is no minimum on the amount of items you can redeem with your AbsolutePoints.
The value of Tournament Dollars is equivalent to US Dollars. One tournament dollar is equal to one US dollar. This currency cannot be used to play in ring games, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be converted to US dollars.
Tournament Dollars have been introduced with the purpose of letting our players unregister from tournaments they qualified into. For example, if you play a $10+$1 tourney that feeds into a $150+$12 event and you win the entry, but later decide to unregister from this tournament; your account will be credited with 162 tournament dollars. Another example would apply if you play on two qualifiers for the same event and win an entry on both. You will be entered on the main event and the second entry will be credited in tournament dollars.
You can use tournament dollars to enter another big event, or you can use these to enter a variety of smaller Multi-Table Tournaments and Sit & Go Tournaments.
Absolute Poker offers satellites and qualifiers which give away seats to bigger events. Please note that these qualifiers are Must Play, meaning that players can't unregister for events they have won a seat to. If a player wins two or more seats for the same event, the value of the additional seats is automatically credited using Tournament Dollars.
