Absolute Poker puts access to $100 million on the line this Sunday

The final event of the fourth Absolute Dream Package is scheduled for August 5th at 8:30pm ET. The buy-in for the tournament is $200+16 and one player will win a prize package that includes access to over $100 million in tournament prize pool money.

Miami, August 2, 2007 - Texas Hold'em is a game of patience. But if you've been waiting until the last minute to enter one of poker's most popular tournaments, time is officially running out. The Absolute Dream Package final event gets underway this Sunday, only at Absolute Poker.

"We've already dramatically changed the lives of three lucky online poker fans," stated David Clainer, senior vice president for Absolute Poker. "This Sunday, we're about to do the same for a fourth player."

At stake in the final event of the Absolute Dream Package is access to over $100 million in Texas Hold'em prize pool money. The winner of the tournament will walk away with seats in the richest poker tournaments including a WPT event and next year's World Series of Poker. The tournament champion will also secure an $8,500 Aruba prize package that includes a $5,500 buy-in to the 2007 Aruba Poker Classic this September and $3,000 for travel and accommodations. Other package highlights include a season's pass to Sunday's $150,000 guaranteed tourney and training with the world's best pros at WPT Bootcamp.

The final event of the Absolute Dream Package takes place on Sunday, August 5th at 8:30pm ET. Players can still claim their seat in the $200+16 tournament by logging into the free software, downloadable here.
